TERMS & CONDITIONS

No orders will be made up unless payment has been received and cleared in our account. All items are made up to order. It is the customer’s responsibility to check that the details on the invoice are correct as the order will be made as per invoice. Although our standard turnaround time on orders is 10 -14 working days from receipt of payment (reflecting in our account) we reserve the right for orders to be delayed up to but no longer than 7 working days. These delays could be caused due to loadshedding and/or illness.

Please also note that we have taken high resolution picture of the fabric for our colour chart, however the colour may not be an exact match. This could also be due to the screen resolution set on your screen.

All items will be sent via courier. This will be at an additional cost. The courier company we make use of is The Courier Guy.

Orders are sent out on Tuesdays. Once your order has been sent you are welcome to request your tracking number should you wish to track your parcel online.

Any stated delivery dates are approximate. EverWear and/or its partners will not be liable for any losses, damages, penalties, or expenses for failure to meet any delivery date and are not responsible for the parcel once it has been collected by the Courier Company. Please speak to us should you want to take out any insurance for said delivery

Return Policy

Unfortunately we do not offer returns or cash refunds.

Although we endeavour to check all items to ensure they are free from defect sometimes things may slip through. You are able to return any EverWear clothing item that has a material or manufacturing default and we will gladly replace/repair it for you. Items need to be returned to us within 2 weeks of you receiving them. Please note that as all items are made to order your replacement item will only be made up once the return item is received. This could take up to 7 working days. Your replacement item will be posted to you at our cost.

* Garment(s) are returned to EverWear free of odour or damage due to clients fault – perfume, smoke, cigarette burns, make-up and food stains.

*Due to hygiene reasons, swimwear bottoms will ONLY be exchanged as long as the hygiene sticker is still intact.

* Simply sending items back to EverWear without first logging a valid reason for your return or exchange within the terms of our conditions will not be accepted or validated.

Costs of Returns and Exchanges

* If EverWear is responsible for sending damaged items or items in the incorrect size ordered by the client, pick up and return delivery costs are covered by EverWear.

Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns for incorrect size ordered. Please refer to our sizing chart on our brochure before placing your orders.
